1. Information We Collect
To provide account registration, login, device binding, device sharing, device location, track display, customer support and related features, we may collect necessary information such as phone number, email address, account profile, device identifiers, location information and operation logs.
To enable device binding, QR code scanning, Bluetooth connection, map positioning, device location reporting and after-sales service, we may collect and use account information, location information, Bluetooth device information, camera image recognition results, device SN, device model, system version, device identifiers and device operating information.
We use your phone number for account registration, login, verification code validation, password recovery, account security checks and necessary user communications.
Device identifiers include the internal unique device code (SN), MAC address, device name, device status, battery level and similar information. The SN is an internal unique code generated or maintained by us for the positioning device. It is used for device binding, device identification, after-sales lookup, linking location records and security checks, and is not the serial number of your phone system or phone hardware.
When you use location-related features, we may process device-uploaded location time, latitude and longitude, address parsing results, device status and other data related to location services.
When you use motion status, device status recognition, positioning assistance or related reminder features, we may access or process accelerometer sensor data to determine whether the device is moving, stationary or abnormal, or to assist location display. During QR code scanning, we use device orientation/sensor information to adjust the camera preview orientation only, and not for any other purpose. Such data is used only for these features and necessary troubleshooting.
When you use verification code login, registration or password recovery, we also process phone number, email address, verification code delivery results and security validation records related to the verification process.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to provide and maintain services, verify identity, manage security risks, troubleshoot faults, improve features, perform statistical analysis, communicate with users and fulfill legal obligations.
Without your explicit authorization, we will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the service.
To improve service availability, we may conduct de-identified or aggregated analysis of logs, device status and feature usage, but we will not use identifiable personal information for unrelated commercial purposes without authorization.
3. Device Sharing
When you actively share a device with another user, the relevant device name, device number, sharing status and necessary location display information will be visible to the recipient within the authorized scope.
When the recipient views a shared device, the system will preferentially use the source life-cycle data of the device owner for location display to reduce duplicate storage and maintain data consistency.
You may manage the sharing scope by canceling sharing, unbinding devices or deleting sharing records. After reasonable technical delay, related sharing displays will expire or update accordingly.
4. System Permissions and Device Information
When you use features that depend on system capabilities such as location, notifications, album, camera, accelerometer sensor or similar functions, the app may request corresponding system permissions. You may view and manage authorization status in your device settings.
When you actively copy or paste device numbers, sharing links, verification codes or other text, the app may use clipboard capabilities. We will not read or collect clipboard content in the background.
When you actively choose to open a third-party map or navigation app from location or navigation features, the app may access the installed app list or available navigation app list only to determine the map or navigation apps available on your device and open the navigation app you select. We will not use this information for purposes unrelated to navigation.
Refusing certain permissions will not affect basic browsing features, but may prevent location lookup, device management, message reminders, avatar upload or other features from working properly.
5. Third-Party SDKs
